Brian Camp of Southampton, Mass was recently found not guilty (November 25, 2024) of a manslaughter charge stemming from a home invasion incident that had occurred in his home on December 27, 2022. For Brian this ended nearly two years of stress he had battled through while facing manslaughter charges. Brian Camp was found not guilty by a 12 juror team. For his defense attorney, Thomas Kokonowski, this marked his 8th criminal defense trial win in a row resulting in either a not guilty verdict or acquittal. To give perspective on this monumental achievement the vast majority of criminal trials result in a guilty verdict – upwards of 90%. Even winning two criminal trials in a row is a huge win for the average defense lawyer.
