The media jumped on the case of Commonwealth vs. Graves when the client was charged with motor vehicle homicide.
As is often the case, they were less interested in the truth of how we resolved the case. In fact, one media outlet was just plain wrong.
We convinced the District Attorney’s office to dismiss the Motor Vehicle Homicide charge and reduce the whole case to Operating to Endanger.
